We are fully committed to the welfare of both our customers and staff. We have undertaken extra safety training with City & Guilds to ensure high safety standards as we serve our customers

Safety and Welfare

We regularly review our safety standards and adhere to good practise guidelines issued by HSE with regard to use of ladders and Working At Height. Ladders are used sparingly in compliance with Working At Height Regulations 2005
Keeping Safe while working

Window Cleaning from ground level is now the safest way to clean anything above first floor.

The High Level Water-Fed Pole System ensures the safety of our team and clients.

Some standards you should expect from our team members include:

PPE and warning signs used in high-risk areas

Cordoning off work areas may be necessary

Ladders will only be used to access other areas and not to carry out work

Ladders will be secured and/or footed by a team member

During very cold weather, excess water will be swept away, and grit can be spread if likely to affect your access way

We will cease work if winds are too strong to allow full and safe control of poles

We will always advise our customers if a job cannot be done for health and safety reasons and a new appointment will be made

Risk assessments are available on request for commercial properties

Should any unforeseen incident occur we are insured by a £5 million Public Liability Insurance Policy which can be viewed on request
